The Oratorio Chorale will present two public concerts including a work for chorus and guitar by composer Vineet Shende, commissioned by and for the Chorale, and a work by Castelnuovo-Tedesco, with Aaron Larget-Caplan as featured guitarist. The composer, Larget-Caplan, and the Chorale will offer a preview performance April 13 as part of the Portland Conservatory of Music's Fifth Annual Back Cove Contemporary Music Festival. Guitarist Larget-Caplan will also conduct one or more in-school programs for K-12 students in midcoast Maine.
