NEFA's Fund for the Arts and Boston Arts Academy initiated "Dream Catching," a public art project by Boston artist Wen-Ti Tsen. The piece honors the memory and contributions of the Fund's founder, civic leader and philanthropist Phil David Fine. The memorial is a composition of over a dozen ancient symbols, sculpted images and steel plates, mounted and lit on the facade of the school.
